Japanese National can speak English
Open for Japanese nationals who are currently in the Philippines.
W/ 2- 3 years relevant business related work experience
Good to have CSR work experiences
Job Responsibilities:
Act as knowledge recipient and subject matter expert for identified transactional tasks.
Assists in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex issues/problems
Escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job
