JOB DETAILS:
Client Info: This is one of the biggest conglomerates manufacturing companies for consumer products. It is already more than 55 years in the Philippines. The company distributes its household products, medical and car care products for almost 200 countries world-wide. Philippine site handles technology, finance, accounting and human resources operations.
Position: Japanese Account Payable Team Leader
Industry: Consumer Product Manufacturing (Shared Service)
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Requirements:
Native Japanese
Fluent in English
Graduate of any 2 years or 4 year course
Accounting/Finance related experience is a BIG Advantage but not required
With 3-4 years of experience in the same field
With experience in handling team for finance industry
Responsibilities:
Handle Account payable of the company including database management
Handle end to end payment processes
Handle creation of payment proposal, cancelation of invalid payment and payment processing
Attend to Account payable related inquiries from other departments
Provide solution to A/P related issues
Assist in preparing A/P report monthly
Responsible in overseeing the team
Monitor the performance and assist AP associates
