Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Interest to sales job
• Business level English
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
• Or least 3-5 years experience in sales, experience in the travel or hospitality industry

Finding new Japanese company customers,
• Arrangement for travels.
• Maintaining relationship with customers
業務内容
• 日系企業の新規開拓
• 旅行関連手配
• 既存顧客との関係維持全般
Responsibilities:
• Assist in answering travel needs and concerns from Japanese clients
• Maintain good relationships with Japanese clients
• Expand client base by acquiring new clients
• Follows up uncollected credit/refund release from Japanese clients
• Represent the company in Japan related events for sales and marketing purposes
• Oversees administrative related activities of the department.
• Conduct timely coaching sessions which are appropriate to the need of the team members
Requirements:
• Japanese National
• Open for High school graduate, Undergraduate and College graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Has working experience as a Sales Manager
• Has experience managing a team
• Background in Travel agency is an advantage
