As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible in strengthening working relationships between our clients and members towards achieving targeted business goals. Functions will include:
Client Handling
Understands and analyzes clients' requirements and direction, aligns with the organization's purpose and principles.
Implements quality control measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness; Performs routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure functionality and safety
Addresses concerns and resolve any service-related issues
Operations Management
Analyzes project requirements and determine materials, human resource, and cleaning chemical needs.
Calculates material requirements for every project, including cleaning chemicals, cleaning supplies, and other resources. Identifies and procures necessary equipment for each project.
People Management
Monitor job performance of staff to ensure that high quality work and efficiency in operations are maintained at all times
Collaborates, disseminates and guides team members in achieving targets, communicating clear priorities and addressing issues, concerns
Qualifications:
A minimum of [3] years of experience in janitorial services, with a focus on supervisory or managerial roles
In-depth knowledge of materials requirements, cleaning chemicals, and equipment used in janitorial services
Strong understanding of cost estimation, project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling
Leadership and people management skills
