We are hiring for Customer Care Representative (Back Office).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
· Analyze customer data to provide the client with clean and commonly defined account structures.
· Responsible for executing on account definition processes in accordance with Office of the Customer policies and governance in collaboration with the Office of the Customer Lead.
· Check tools to resolve non-match account creation requests.
· Go through workflows, define steps and make decisions
· Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule
Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig during Training
Knowledge and Skills:
Flexibility to work on varied projects and assignments
Ability to multitask and prioritize regularly to manage changing work needs
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to self-learn as well as participate in ongoing training and education
Able to initiate and problem solve effectively
Able to work independently and within a team environment, including professional interaction with other departments and external third parties
