Internal Process Auditor conducts audits projects and services according to the company standards.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Conducts audits on projects and services according to the company standards
- Executes approved audit plan
- Provides root cause analysis and recommendations to resolve non-conformances
- Report directly to the Corporate Quality Manager
- Complete all required trainings and internal certifications
- Conduct all required audits for the fiscal year
- Support the Quality Support team (in closing defects, creating action plans, and other
quality support-relate activities)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- At least 1 year of work experience related to the role
- Background in the delivery of services or in process reviews and auditing, preferably in
the IT or BPO industry
- Preferably with working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and other
quality systems
- Certifications would be an advantage
- Objective, sharp, trustworthy, eager to learn, process oriented, and keen on quality
- Highly analytical and with high attention to detail
- Work Schedule and Arrangement: Shifting and WFH
