CGI, a Platinum Salesforce Implementation Partner, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer. The Senior Salesforce Developer will rely on their growing technical skills and experience to design, estimate, present, and deliver technical solutions with clean, well-organized, and expressive code to CGI's Salesforce customer base. This person will work with our clients to understand their business needs and help deliver value through technology using Salesforce.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Salesforce Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert
Collaborate with the customers and provide them a competitive advantage and business value through Cloud technology; and work with clients to understand their business needs and help deliver value through technology using Salesforce.
Establishing strong relationships with prime BUs/client during assignments
Promoting visibility of expertise within the sub BU or their counterparts
Developing Proof of Concept, service offerings, case studies that are in line with the current & future needs of the client/industry
Leveraging technology / industry expertise to shape up complex solutions and deliver with high quality
Delivering client engagements, meeting the requirements through on time and on budget delivery
Contributing to a high level of client satisfaction by contributing to quality & on time solutions
Engaging with the counterparts from an early stage of the engagement and playing pivotal roles in delivering products / services
Acting as prime point of contact for the teams for any technical/functional aspects
Developing and maintaining a high level of expertise and knowledge of an appropriate mixture of professional fields,
industries, solutions and technologies
Propagating expertise and knowledge locally (teams /engagements) and across Sub BUs
Advising management on new trends in area of expertise, conceptualizing training programs and imparting knowledge with other team members through such formal training programs
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's Degree holder in any course
At least 8 years of experience in software development or programming and configuring and delivering solutions on Salesforce.com or the Force.com platform. Other Cloud solutions may be considered
3-4 years in leadership role
Must have professional services consulting experience
Salesforce Platform Developer Certification or other object-oriented programming certification preferred
Willing to travel locally or internally when needed
