We are looking for Software Asset Management Specialist.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
​Job Description:
· Point of Contact for at least one of the activities supported by Global ITAM such as, but, not limited to e2e Procurement, software provisioning, License Renewal, Hardware Asset Management
· Create ELP's with or without a SAM Tool
· Support clients with the renewal or true-up of their software contracts
· Specialized in at least two major publishers and able to advice clients on different contract types
· Specialized in at least one major SaaS publisher
· Assist with internal and third-party software vendor audits, industry-compliance reviews and true-ups
· Provide software metering tracking and identify candidates for software harvesting using existing tools and processes
· Reconciliation between various data repositories to ensure consistency of all data sources
· Managing preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports related to asset management
· Play a significant role in (pre) sales activities
· Advice clients on saving or cost reduction opportunities
· Drive innovative and 'out of the box' thinking
· Maintain and update management report on SAM activities
· Understand and interpret third party software licensing usage, Enterprise Agreements and provide advice/guidance to business as appropriate.
· Create and Maintain Process documentation
· ​Mentor/coach Analyst including distribution of tasks, quality
​check of reports submitted and other administrative role
· ​Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Mandatory Skills
Exhibit good communication (both verbal & written) and presentation skills.
Exposure to License Management and ITAM (SAM) Concepts
Knowledge on licensing metrics of various publishers
Customer/Onshore facing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially with Excel)
Experience with Flexera and/or ServiceNow SAM Pro
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualifications:
· Strong leadership and organization skills
· Ability to effectively coordinate with onshore contacts/external clients including Third Party
· Well adept on ITAM core activity; effectively handled complex cases. License knowledge is a MUST for at least 2 publishers
· Ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/concerns and deliver effective resolutions to members
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
· Resourceful, Flexible and Open to suggestion/s
· Proficiency to follow and write process documentation and/or work instructions
· ​Ability to drive process improvements
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially with Excel)
· Experience with Flexera and/or ServiceNow SAM Pro
· Excellent Team player
· Willingness to work on flexible shift to align with project needs.
