The Quality Auditor (Senior Service Operator/Specialist) is responsible for auditing and verifying the compliance of functional/operational processes in Business Units (BUs) to ensure their alignment to the CGI Management Foundation. He/she should also add value to the BUs by identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to the processes or engagements being audited.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Perform as an auditor in the assigned audits (functional and project/service delivery audits).
Plan and prepare for the audit, i.e. actively participate to meetings with process owners to understand the scope of the audit - (processes, documentations, checklists) and analyze the current available data on these processes.
Prepare audit notice and send to the appropriate individuals. Interview auditees to gather missing information not available or not found prior to the actual interview and to clarify outstanding elements.
Create audit plan in the company Auditing Tool with the appropriate processes and checklists.
Enter audit results accurately in the company Auditing Tool (granularity of the test cases and traceability of the evidence reviewed).
Compile the audit results and create audit report within the identified deadline.
Ensure that all the deliverables adhere strictly to timelines.
Ensure standards of quality and accuracy are maintained in all audit deliverables (notice, checklist, reports, etc.).
Meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss findings and audit outcomes.
Recommend or propose any improvements in the process. Develop strategies to improve work outputs.
Continuously study and learn to develop personal and technical skills in the performance of the role.
Remain up to date with developments in relevant legislation and the field in general.
Reporting weekly audit status highlighting issues or challenges and assisting in resolving them.
Adherence to all company mandated responsibilities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree holder in any field
- At least 2 years experience in quality audit and process review
- Preferably with working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
- Highly analytical and with high attention to detail
- Willing to report in any shift and work in a hybrid set-up
