Responsible to lead the IT asset team. Will report directly to the IT Asset Manager to ensure the business strategy and roadmap is executed by the team. Responsible to track metrics, organize plans and projects, second level escalation of IT asset matters and resolve blockers. Ensures member experience is achieved not just on what is needed but beyond their expectations. Someone whose leadership and expertise results in excellent customer relationship management and a positive brand image for the IT Team.
Duties, Responsibilities and Experiences:
At least four years work experience from an IT / BPO company
Experience in IT Asset Management, IT Procurement, IT Asset Business Continuity, with billing and financial background
ITIL certified
Strong interest and up-to-date knowledge on trends and upcoming technology
Naturally creative thinker, engaged, collaborative and proactive, can produce design content needed for marketing
Strong empathy and listening skills
Design and execute asset management policies, procedures and processes
Coordinate with management in utilizing the asset management tools to analyze, review and track asset data
Develop asset control processes to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location and contracts.
Manage asset reconciliation and asset disposal agreements
Oversee recruitment, training and performance appraisals for associates
Assist in inventory management, procurement and shipment activities
Analyze purchasing effectiveness and resolve purchasing issues
Oversee contract negotiation, contract renewals and vendor management activities
Monitor software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards
Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements
Ensure audit compliance for the IT assets
Guide IT asset associate in the daily administration of the asset management activities
Responsible to eliminate waste and increase efficiency by making the best use of existing IT asset resources and avoiding asset purchases that are unnecessary
Provide supervision to IT asset team members
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Performs other related duties as assigned
