The Design Associate will be part of the Marketing and Communications' Creative Services team and will be primarily responsible for supporting requirements for graphic design to deliver against stakeholder requirements and provide branding support as required by the business through the shared service team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The Associate will be responsible for the following:
Learn and understand the brand and its periodic updates to ensure collaterals adhere to branding and image standards
Rework and reformat non-branded collaterals to comply with the brand guidelines
Deliver different collaterals to support the distribution of information and promotions
Deliver branded designs against specifications for physical goods and corporate items
Create large format collaterals such as office branding, pop-up banners, and exhibition signs
Conceptualize and illustrate icons, organizational charts, process flows, diagrams, graphs and infographics
Transfer collaterals to editable versions as required
He/she will also have account responsibilities to ensure requirements are delivered as agreed upon, as well as communications support responsibilities to update or publish content onto CGI's internal channels.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or other related courses
Intermediate English skills, both verbal and written
Intermediate skills in in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Knowledgeable in other multimedia software
Well organized, creative, and highly motivated
With a keen eye for detail
