The Junior Finance Analyst is responsible in analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, recommending actions. They will also be responsible in determining cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data and identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Manage the Project Finances by preparing Financial Reports for submission to Project Managers within SLA.
Perform Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Invoicing, Procurement and Health Check activities.
Prepare other administrative reports as may be required by the Project Managers.
Prepare and participate in the project review meeting as necessary.
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests and ad hoc projects.
Suggest or create Process Service Improvement and share best practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree, preferably Accounting or Finance
Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail
Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems
Customer-oriented (know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
Team player, and can work well under pressure
Must have advanced knowledge in MS Excel
Can manage shared mailbox effectively
Ability to follow and write simple process documentation
Good communication skills in oral and written English
Willing to work on shifting work schedules
