Your Role:
SolarWinds Service Desk is a cloud based ITSM platform that increases IT efficiency, reduces time to resolution, and increases employee productivity through artificial intelligence and automations. This role is for an existing customer account manager to join our fast-growing team.
The primary responsibility of the account manager is to maintain and grow revenue with our existing ITSM customers. This includes managing upcoming renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion by upselling and cross-selling. Our account managers are committed to the success of their customers and are focused on meeting their current and future business needs.
Responsibilities
Your Impact:
Contribute to our growth by meeting and exceeding sales and renewal goals (quotas) within your assigned accounts
Build relationships with key stakeholders and develop a consultative approach to understanding their current and future business needs
Become a true subject matter expert in our ITSM platform and articulate its ability to accelerate business transformation for our customers
Identify expansion opportunities by analyzing and driving customer consumption both within and beyond IT (HR, Legal, Facilities etc.)
Reduce customer churn and resolve any issues which may be preventing customers from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
Maintain accurate customer records including licenses, software expiration dates, shipping addresses and update customer records accordingly
Resolve order issues with customer service and order management team and performing other administrative support duties as requested
Qualifications
Your Experience:
2-3 years' experience in a customer facing quota carrying tole
Knowledge of pipeline and opportunity management using Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to qualify and understand the needs of IT professionals today
History of successful attainment against quota and key performance
indicators (KPIs)
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, especially in a
one-to-many in-person or remote presentation setting
Proven ability to own your business and to take the initiative to bring about positive results
