Requirements:
Open for Native Italian speakers with permanent visa
Fluent in Italian and English language
At least 2nd year in College
Preferably with background in Quality Analyst and Customer Service
Knowledge in computer application is a plus
Can work both onsite and at home
Responsibilities:
Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
Participate in call calibrations and meetings
Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
Provide feedback for improvements
Monitor the performance of team members
