Position: Italian Email and Chat Customer Support (Non-Voice)
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 65,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH per week and 3 days work onsite)
Requirements:
🟣 Filipino fluent in Italian and English
🟣 Bachelor's Degree Holder
🟣 Knowledge of SAP or ERP application preferred
🟣 Minimum at least 1-2 years' experience in related field
🟣 Experience in Customer Service in a BPO Industry is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
🟣 Responsible in assisting Italian Speakers through email and chat transaction support
🟣 Responsible for managing and processing the workflow related to customer purchase orders
🟣 Elevate workflow issues and escalate all unsolved customer purchase orders for a timely resolution
🟣 Communicate with supervisor to ensure daily order processing requirements are met
🟣 Execute applicable Quality System processes
