IT - TECHNICAL SUPPORT
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): A. Desktop Support and maintenance, B. Installation of software and hardware, C. Good technical and logical process, D. Knowledgeable with Network administration and maintenance
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Sets up an account for new users to increase productivity.
Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests (this may be in person or over the phone) to lessen unproductive hours of GAFNI employees.
Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners to improve the efficiency of GAFNI employees.
Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks to prevent downtime of operations.
Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary to prevent long downtime in operations.
Tests new technology that will increase the productivity of operations and meet business needs.
Implements RA No. 10173 otherwise known as Data Privacy Act across the company to protect the company’s assets and data.
Initiates data back-up strategy alongside the VP-Operations to keep business going in case of disasters.
Ensure that all applications running within the network are all licensed to prevent malicious hackers from gaining access and compromise BMC’s data.
