Position: IT Technical Support Officer
Job Description: You will need to:
• Oversee integrity of Accounting System of the Organization
• Monitor, Trouble Shoot, diagnose and repair the server and each work terminal
• Install and configure computer and network hardware
• Analyze , plan and execute pertinent improvement of overall IT System
• Program on product traceability (or oversee the development of third-party programmer
• Test and evaluate modern technology for possible implementation
• Communicate with management for al related issues with positive solution readied
• Set up and train new users
Qualification
• Patient, friendly and self motivating
• Graduate of Computer Science or IT related courses (either with degree or vocational)
• Minimum two years working experience on the related field
• Expertise in LAN network configuration
• Well-trained with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Visual Basic SQL programming language
• Background on Web page maintenance
• Knowledge in QuickBooks accounting software is an advantage
