We prefer with strong background in IT Technical Support
1. Evaluates and understands new and existing offered solutions from a technical point of view
2. Evaluates expansions or enhancements by studying work load and capacity of offered solutions
3. Achieves computer system objectives by gathering pertinent data; identifying and evaluating options; recommending a course of action.
4. Evaluates vendor-supplied software by studying user objectives; testing hardware and software compatibility with existing hardware and programs.
5. Maximizes use of hardware and software by training users; interpreting instructions; answering questions.
6. Maintains system capability by testing computer components.
7. Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions
8. Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.
9. Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
10.Involved in technical pre-sales support activities to support Sales. This includes high level presentation of technical solution design/s and technical walkthrough of offered solutions.
