Prepares technical proposal and is responsible for the implementation of the product
Assist and educate the Account Managers in understanding core products and their features.
Performs technical presentation and proof of concept to clients when required.
Analyzes clients' needs and determines the best solution offerings.
Create technical solution designs to address clients' requirements.
Architect, plans, designs, and execute Storage infrastructure-related projects and programs as a solution offering
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course.
Experienced in any of the following:
Storage and Backup solutions ( Veritas, Acronis, Data Protection)
Network & Security ( Sophos, Fortinet, Symantec, Aruba, FireEye, Cisco, McAfee).
Technology Infrastructure (HPE, DELL, ORACLE).
Software Solution ( MS, Redhat, VMware, Panaya, SAP).
IT Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in providing technical solutions to clients.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
