PURPOSE
The IT Systems Engineer will align our IT environment with the dynamic changes of the e-learning market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Create, set up, modify new or existing accounts with Office 365, Azure AD, Sharepoint.
-Manage the Azure environment
-Create, setup, and manage security policies for the network, cloud, and mobile devices
-Initiate creative solutions to save time for our support desk
-Setup hardware registration for IT and link with, HR, Legal, and Finance department systems
-Actively search bottlenecks in IT and develop solutions
-Assist in the compliance of the ISO27001 certification
-Manage network security (Meraki network)
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
-Knowledge in MS Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint), MS Azure, MS Active Directory
-Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure certification (any level) is a must
-Knowledge in Cisco networking LAN / WLAN and Citrix XenApp / Provisioning
-With relevant Microsoft certifications, and/or proven skills
-Equivalent higher education diploma
-Level C1/C2 English
-Team player
-Communicative and dedicated professional
-University degree or certification in IT related major
-Experience in multinational environment is a plus
