Responsibilities:
Administer, upgrade, and migrate the company's current web hosting provider.
Administer and migrate current company email to Microsoft Exchange Online.
Maintain and administer Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Online.
Provide support as subject matter expert for Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Online services
Monitor and communicate to stakeholders with the performance of the services.
Assist with the creation and implementation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
Liaise and coordinate with the different I.T. service providers and vendors of the company
Qualifications:
4 years experience (ideally in a Managed Services role
Windows Servers (full setup, roles, troubleshooting
Server Migrations (on-premise to Cloud
Office 365 Exchange Online (full migrations, administration, and troubleshooting)
Office 365 SharePoint/OneDrive (full migrations, administration, and troubleshooting)
Networking (setup of Firewalls, Switches, etc). Preference is for skills with Sophos as the vendor
Experience with RMM tools (ideally Datto RMM).
General knowledge of TCP/IP networks like firewalls, network routing.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, POP3, IMAP, SMTP, TELNET, SSH, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP/MySQL, JavaScript, XML, and stylesheets.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Online administration, migration, and implementation.
Excellent research and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good time management skills.
Any IT Certifications earned is a definite advantage
