About the job
Reporting to the Store Business Navigation Manager, this ASSISTANT MANAGER role supports Store IT systems, service requests and IT incidents including IT hardware (servers, network, POS and desktops), applications systems and operations. He/She works closely with store co-workers, super users, SO IT team and external IT vendors to ensure high IT system availability, stability and security to support store activities and operations.
Your assignment
You perform day-to-day IT operations and user support activities in the store ensuring that IT systems perform with high availability, performance and security;
You investigate, trouble-shoot, follow up and communicate with users on their support and service requests with resolution, closure, work-around and escalation;
You support implementation of local Store IT project activities within planned scope, schedule and budgets;
You support IT audit, compliance and security reviews & assessments;
You support SO IT and Store BN in IT budget preparation and contract renewal of Store IT hardware, software licenses, subscription & services procurement with due diligence;
You support system & data backup, recovery procedures to ensure effective and timely recovery of business data & IT services in the event of an emergency or disaster situation.
Qualifications
Your profile
You have atleast 3-5 years' experience in IT solutions preferably in a fast-paced retail industry;
You have IT Support experience of IT systems in retail environment (Microsoft Navision, LS Retail POS, CRM, SQL Database);
You have a working knowledge of IT infrastructure, network and security technologies (Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, VMWARE, Citrix, EMC Storage, CISCO Routers, Switches & WLAN, Firewall, SCCM and Azure Cloud).
You have a customer-service mindset.
Additional Information
This role requires flexibility in work hours, depending on store operational requirements.
Temporary work location will be at the 17th Floor, No. 8 Rockwell Building, Hidalgo Drive, Makati City.
