- General desktop issues, inbound and outbound calls to customers

- Remote support for clients issues
- Configuring customer devices, install software, etc.
- Experienced in Microsoft products (Outlook, Office 365, etc.)
Requirements
- Preferably a graduate of Information Technology or related course
- Have at least 6 months relevant experienced
- Must have customer service experience
- Willing to work AU Time Zone
