Work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Network Support Engineer or similar role ·
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments ·
General system administration skills – desktops, AV, monitoring tools, PBXs, firewalls, networking. · Experience troubleshooting desktop applications on Windows & Mac ·
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software ·
Networking knowledge to CCNA level or higher
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable: ·
Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus ·
Experience in finance with real time trading systems/market data ·
Experience in working in a regulated financial firm ·
Experienced in working with multinational global teams
