JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Setting up structured cabling and tracing cables/faults using diagnostic tools.
Supporting employees and customers with technical issues
Troubleshooting hardware and software faults within the organization
Traveling to various locations within Metro Manila when needed
Repairing or replacing computer hardware parts as required
Setting up new user's accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
Report to IT Specialists with all daily activities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in any Computer related course.
At least a year of relevant experience
Must have a background in customer/technical support.
Knowledgeable in Diagnostic and analytical skills for software.
Must have experience in using Administrative Tools.
Willing to work in Pasig
