Provides technical support to co-workers in troubleshooting hardware, software, or network issues, monitor and maintains IT Inventory and supplies
Prepares purchase requests for new IT equipment needed by the company
Prepares and deploys IT equipment including all required connectivity and applications
Monitor and maintains company's end user devices and ensure full functionality, good health, and with the latest stable firmware / version required
Works closely with the IT Manager for all backend requirements for any server related tasks
Provide regular IT reports to IT Manager
May perform other duties as necessary or assigned
College Degree related to Information Technology
Has at least 3 years of experience related to the field
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
Has sound knowledge in troubleshooting both software and hardware
Experience as a network technician or relevant position
Experience in handling PBX/PABX system is a plus
Experience in handling Access Control system is a plus
Experience in handling CCTV system is a plus
