Responsibilities Will handle all user provisioning and deprovisioning tasks Set-up of all New Hire User Accounts in Active Directory & Exchange Online and Avaya Site Administration Be able to leverage knowledge of latest technology and its capabilities for the benefit of the organization Apply comprehension of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives Experience & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required Preferably with year of experience in any IT discipline Highly motivated individual with solid Active Directory knowledge (Group Policy, Domains, RIS, DNS, etc.) Capability to work both independently and within multi-disciplined team environments, from a position of strong customer service skills, results orientation, and resilient logical problem-solving skills Strong sense of accountability and ownership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Position will work closely with ServiceSource staff in the North America sites Uninterrupted home-based internet is required for this role. Applicants should have sufficient internet access in their homes to attend and host video calls, as well as perform essential functions of the role which include downloading and uploading of large files to shared network drives. In general, we have found that a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is essential.
