Modified General Community Quarantine is in full effect in Cebu City thus we are implementing a temporary work-at-home set up on selected accounts in compliance to the city's guidelines. As soon as MGCQ is lifted, all operations will resume onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years - working experience in Desktop Administration, Supervisory or People Management role.
Graduate of Bachelors Degree in any of the following courses - Information Technology, Computer, Engineering and Business
Working knowledge on Operating Systems, Desktop Troubleshooting & End Point Device Support (Computer, Laptop, Mobile Devices), Helpdesk or Service Desk Support.
Any Technology Certification such as ITIL V3, A+, Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya is a must.
Good Communications, Customer Service and People Management Skills.
Good Data Analytics and Presentation Skills.
Adaptive to changing work schedules and willing to accommodate 24 x 7 and on-call support.
*Applicants with valid NBI and SSS E1 may get fast tracked.
