HIRING: IT STAFF / IT SPECIALIST
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar IT role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications. 
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems and resolving technical issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, servers and software applications.
Assist in the set up and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals. 
Collaborate with the IT team to implement cybersecurity measures and ensure data security and privacy.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access control.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Assist in IT procurement and inventory management. 
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
