IT Responsibilities
 
Job Responsibilities: The IT Employee shall perform the following duties and responsibilities as part of their employment:
System Administration
Install, configure, and maintain company hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure timely updates, patches, and upgrades.
Technical Support
Provide first-line support to employees experiencing IT-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
Data Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain cyber security measures to safeguard company data.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, industry standards, and applicable data protection laws.
Data Management
Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
Maintain databases and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of information.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
Prepare periodic reports on system performance, security status, and IT operations.
Collaboration & Training
Coordinate with other departments to align IT systems with business objectives.
Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and safe technology practices.
Server System
Will coordinate with the external IT developer of the system and the server.
Confidentiality: The IT Employee shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company data, systems, and information accessed during the course of employment.
 
Other Duties: The IT Employee may be assigned additional tasks consistent with their role, as deemed necessary by management.
