We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in network management, troubleshooting, and CCTV installation.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 1 year of experience in IT support, networking, or a similar role
Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network security
Experience with CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance
Knowledge of server management, data backup, and IT security protocols
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Ability to support end-users and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
Duties & Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment
Set up and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cameras and DVR/NVR devices
Ensure network security and data protection through proper firewalls and backup systems
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly
Monitor and maintain servers, databases, and software applications
Keep IT inventory and ensure timely upgrades of systems and hardware
Collaborate with management to enhance IT infrastructure and security
