Scope of Work:
Responsible for day to day operational activities of helpdesk support, Network and System.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Any time left over will be spent working on possible projects and newly open branch to help grow the organization technology infrastructure.
Knowledgeable in Network Infra, cable termination, Firewall such as Pfsense, Routers and switches.
Support end-user with IT related problems in responsive and service-oriented manner
Set-up management, and maintenance of IT related equipment
Assist System Administrator with project work to grow the technology infrastructure of the organization
Assist the troubleshooting, installation and implementation of Systems
Develop and Monitor performance levels of software and hardware and evaluate and recommend.
