Qualification Standard
• Education: B.S. in Information Technology, B.S. in Computer Science, B.S. in Computer Engineering or similar courses
• Knowledgeable in Server and Network Administration • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, and software
Basic knowledge in programming
• Efficient in troubleshooting ICT equipment
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
• One (1) year relevant experience
Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist with server and network administration tasks
• Installs and configures software and hardware components on ICT equipment
• Troubleshoot ICT equipment such as Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner etc.
• Provides Technical Assistance during meetings and events
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director
