IT SPECIALIST
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures uptime of servers and network infrastructures.
Responsible for regular maintenance, monitoring and implementation of systems to all offices and centers.
Responsible for installing and setting up software, networks, cctv, and telephone lines (PABX).
Provide technical support / troubleshooting / analysis of company computers, laptops, printers and other IT related devices to all offices and centers.
Safe keeps computer inventories and other IT related assets.
Communicates to suppliers, vendors and telco providers regarding equipment concerns.
Administers the corporate emails, corporate database, website, and security & information assurance.
Taking ownership of all IT related issues.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related course.
Strong analytical skills and technology savvy.
Up-to-date with different operating systems, IT trends, systems upgrade and latest IT developments.
Preferably with experience in office computer management.
Preferably with hardware and software certifications.
Willing to do field work on other satellite offices.
