Job Functions:
• Analyze, develop, and implement various software applications and programs to
improve the company's business process.
• Maintain the company's business systems, ensuring availability, security and reliability
of all programs and systems.
• Create database driven reports needed to support operations or management
decisions.
• Conduct end user training on various software applications and programs.
• Install software patches and upgrades to ensure that all workstations have proper and
latest licensed version installed.
• Assist users in any software, hardware, or network-related problems.
• Perform hardware and software audits to keep track of IT assets
• Ensure IT Support (Hardware and Software) and all network components are 99.9%
working and are virus-free
• Ensure that all workstations contain updated antivirus definitions.
Job Requirements:
• You have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer
Management, Computer Science or its equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of significant experience handling IT functions such as systems programming,
computer and business applications, program development and administration, and website design
from a manufacturing, service or retail industry.
• Must have experience using VB.net and MySQL.
• With excellent communication and math skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
