Our doors are open to welcome teammates who can live up to what it takes to be part of our growing team! We are looking for an IT SPECIALIST I who will work on repairing existing PC, Laptop, UPS, connectivity problems
 
 
As an IT Specialist I, your responsibilities will include the ff: 
Checks and repairs office equipment especially computers, laptops, UPS in operations.
Perform various technical tasks for devices and PC software
Review requirements, design, source code, test specification and products deliverables
Executes configuration plan and reports any problem related to configuration
Recommends improvements and projects to be undertaken for the improvement of the over-all technical efficiency of our equipment and system.
Monitors & maintains all company equipment to ensure that there are no health/safety hazards.
 
Qualifications for the role: 
Graduate of BSIT, BS Computer Science or any related course
Proficient in Computer Hardware Troubleshooting, Installation of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux and macOS) and Office Application
Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
Maintaining or repairing computer equipment
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Backup and Recovery Software
Ability to set up and configure Server Hardware
At least two (2) years working experience in the related field is required for this position
