Cafe24 Store is a marketplace for add-ons that can expand Cafe24 online store's features and designs.
Be a 'Cafe24 Store IT Service Staff' and help Cafe24 online store owners to expand their online stores.
Customer service inquiries promptly and professionally
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate and effective solutions and alternatives
Communicate and work effectively with CSR, DEV, and HQ.
Responsible for writing, modifying and managing service policy, process and manuals
Update monthly status, write reports, and plan promotions
Derive insights from the data, shopper behavior and execute marketing tactics
Carry out benchmarking against competitive offerings, margin analysis and ensuring products and services are optimally positioned in the market
Bachelor's degree or above
3+ years working experience as a product owner or similar role within the ICT industry
Strong understanding of technologies and trends in the IT market
Fluency in English
Highly organized and excellent time management skills with proven ability to priorities tasks/projects appropriately
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer-service focus
Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office
