Qualifications:
• Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related courses
• MUST HAVE at least 2 years of working experience focusing on IT/Computer - Software/Service Desk in a BPO/Shared Service industry
• Knowledgeable with Windows, Mac, ITSM, Network, Application, Infrastructure, Ticket Analysis, and understanding issue trends.
• Preferably ITIL v3 Foundations Certified
• Keen to details and good problem-solving skills
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule or graveyard
• Can work in different locations in Metro Manila
• CAN START ASAP
