Description
1. Drive the team to reach all targets defined
2. Analysis of team data and preparation of action plan
3. Ensure all SLA is under set parameters
4. Leave management
5. Availability management
6. Communicate updates from Takeda to the entire team
7. Regular huddle sessions
8. Handling escalated calls
9. Provide required training to the team members
10. Conduct quality audits, coach and mentor the team members
11. All training needs to be addressed and closed at right time
12. Work on technical issues escalated by the team members
13. Chair / participate in meetings
14. Attrition control
15. Process updates and KB articles
16. Meet all SLA's
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 7
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Information technology
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
