Bolton International is looking for Technical Support Representative L2 with good communication skills.
This job position is being sourced for on behalf of SupportNinja, which has recently merged with Bolton.
What you will do:
Provide exceptional service desk support
Process customer requests via website form, email, Slack, in-app chat, and other means of communication
Proactively monitor customer inquiries and meet the established SLAs
Resolve incidents and service requests, and escalate them to tier 3 TSR team when they cannot be settled within agreed time scales
Respond to customer requests for information using available SOPs and FAQs
Keep users informed of each ticket's resolution progress
Communicate all impending changes and service outages to the end users related to incidents or disruptions
Conduct user satisfaction surveys
Monitor the availability and reporting of servers (virtual and physical), storages, and backups status, including noting performance and availability indicators
Who you are:
2 years of of experience in a related role
Good communication skills (voice, email, and chat)
Amenable to work in QC - SM North EDSA site.
Good to have:
Familiarity with Javascript and C# (highly preferred)
Familiarity with Azure, Kafka, and ClickHouse/SQL
