Your Role and Responsibilities:
The Manager for Server infrastructure will be responsible for ensuring the 24/7 operation of the company's CIC server Systems.
He/She will be tasked with launching IT initiatives geared toward any expansion plan from a Server infrastructure standpoint.
His/her team will be responsible for ensuring high levels of service and quality of server infrastructure.
The Manager for the Server platform will also be responsible for product upgrades and new strategies designed to further improve the existing infrastructure.
Will be responsible to coordinate Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
Will be managing all client interactions and client communication. Should front end the relationship with the client/Global Stakeholders and any such entity for Server infrastructure requirements.
Tracking and reporting of performance parameters.
Ensure SLAs are achieved and client expectations are met.
Design, administer, maintain and support the availability, performance, and security of the all physical and virtualized server environment. Should have ample knowledge of security, switching, and routing technologies.
Interact with other departments to execute project tasks including progress tracking with minimal oversight to deliver projects in a timely manner to the business.
Escalation Handlings skills are mandatory.
Required Skills:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any IT field.
Candidate must have at least 8 to 10 years of work experience in the field of Server Platform engineering/implementation.
The candidate must have experience with the following:
Microsoft platforms , Azure , InTune etc.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) -any software.
Linux / Unix platformo Virtualized environments, VDI, Citrix etco DLP and digital experience products.
The candidate must have an appreciation for the interconnectivity between Applications, Data networks, Server Systems, and Telecom Infrastructure.
Basic understanding of Industry Security Standards like ITIL, ISO27001, etc.
Amenable to work on a Mid s Shift.
