Monitors, detects, inspects, tracks, and report cyber-attack incidents as primary role of the 24x7 shift Cyber Surveillance team.
Prepares IT Security End of day Report consisting of events, incidents, graphs, tables, statistical trends and other useful intelligence information
Performs the following process as secondary role: o Reviews authorized and unauthorized ICT devices and software; o Reviews user accounts status, naming standard compliance and group membership;
Research new IT security solutions, processes, risk, threats and vulnerabilities.
Responds to 1st level incidents as part of the Computer Emergency Response Team and provides technical support;
Assist in the security review process, risk assessment, technical evaluations, monitoring of events and report preparations; and • Perform other IT Security related duties
Monitoring security access
Conducting security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis
Performing both internal and external security audits
Analyzing security breaches to identify the root cause
Continuously updating the company's incident response and disaster recovery plans
Verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements
Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
Analyze the security issues thoroughly to identify the root cause.
To verify whether the third-party vendors meet security requirements.
Implement penetration testing.
Monitors and restricts access to sensitive, confidential, or other high-security data.
Modifies security files and applications as able and necessary to provide specialized access, allow new software to be installed or integrated, or correct errors.
