We are hiring for IT Project Managers for a client based in Makati.This is a hybrid role with a salary of up to 150Shift is 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.Must have at least 6 years of IT Project Management experience particularly managing projects related to Web-based Development; API-driven DevelopmentJOB COMPETENCIES/ SPECIFICATIONS

At least 6 years Project Management experience
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspect of project management
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Direct work experience in project management capacity
Proven experience in people management
Proven experience in strategic planning
Proven experience in risk management
Proven experience in change management
Proficient in project management software
Experience in gaming industry and sound knowledge of various on-line gaming
applications is an advantage.
JOB SUMMARYThe IT PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for providing direction to the team including planning, overseeing and documentation of all aspects of the project and workloads being worked on.The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management to ensure that each project is successfully deployed as well as directly manage the IT teams and workloads.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects2. Directly people management of all IT teams/staff3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables4. Define project tasks and resource requirements5. Develop full scale project plans6. Assemble and coordinate project with the Development Team7. Manage project resource allocation8. Plan and schedule project timelines9. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools10. Provide direction and support to project team11. Quality assurance prior project deployment12. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders13. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions14. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs15. Project evaluations and assessment of results16. Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires.
