Welink MCS is hiring for an IT Programmer (Japanese Bilingual) in behalf of a client partner in the Information & Communication Technology Industry
Location: BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities:
• Design systems or applications based on client requirements.
• Develop programs based on design and requirements specifications.
• Create test specifications and execute testing.
• Conduct review of technical work outputs.
• Bug fixing; Enhancements; Handling Change Requests
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct Supervisor or Manager.
• Has previous experience in leading or mentoring junior developers is a plus
• Can execute mutually agreed plans for the benefit of the customer.
• Act as bridge between client and project team as needed
Qualifications:
• Preferably with N1 - N2 JLPT level with relevant experience
• With Application development (Design, Programming and Testing) experience
• Technical background/requirement primarily Java and with either C#, C, shellscript, Linux, .NET, etc.
• College graduate
