Duties and Responsibilities:
Cisco
• Prepare Cisco Product and attach maintenance quotes for National Sales teams utilising Cisco quoting tools (Cisco Commerce Workspace)
• Provide pre sales activities / product recommendations for Cisco point product opportunities
• Assist in the provision of accurate order processing and placement of direct order with Cisco via Cisco Website
Additional Tasks
• Liaise with Product Account Managers and create product and subscription based on quotations
• Create Web order IDs and handle other order processing responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience with Cisco as a vendor
• Experience with MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Visio
• Cisco product and licensing knowledge
• Knowledge of the channel / distribution chains
• Ability to take ownership on complex opportunities
• Strong eye for detail - Quality vs Quantity
• Customer service skills and the ability to build relationships and trust
• Clear and concise communications skills both written and verbal
• Integrity in dealing with personnel, customers and supplier issues
• Cisco promos and program experience (Ideally Migrations / Trade in)
• IT/Technical background would be an advantage
• Subscription EA quotation experience would be nice to have
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
