JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for maintaining the technological infrastructure of the company and ensuring the integrity of all systems. Keeping the company up to date with the latest trends by constantly identifying and innovative solutions to improve work quality, productivity, and safety.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES
Ensures organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies
Researches and implements innovative technological and business processes strategic solutions
Researches, analyzes and recommends improvements to organization’s business processes in order to improve overall organization’s performance
Verifies application efficacy by conducting system audits of technologies and processes implemented
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field
Three (3) or more years of IT work experience
Has at least three (3) or more years of experience in ISO documentation and processes
Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership, project management, and coordination skills is a must
Strong sense of responsibility and urgency; ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Excellent time, organizational, and self-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Quick-thinking, keen to details, with excellent crisis management skills
Proactive and adaptable to changing work environments
Professional written and verbal English communication skills are required
Client oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude dealing with people
