Job Description
Job Summary:
Facilitate the design and implementation of a common project management methodology, including standards, templates and tools.
Responsibilities:
Taking the lead role in the development and implementation of common project, program and portfolio management standards and associated tools and documentation such as portfolio prioritization, project management information systems, business cases, integrated project management planning and consolidated reporting for IT Division.
Offering impartial, expert guidance and assistance aimed at enabling IT delivery of the agreed business outcomes. This will include identifying key IT and Business stakeholders and agreeing with them on appropriate IT Governance support based on initiative classification, business priority, timeline and complexity.
Conducting progress monitoring of IT projects, programs and service portfolios to understand and track IT development and overall IT productivity/resource allocation, helping anticipate and pro-actively resolve key risks to IT delivery and benefits realization.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-8 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle, Portfolio, Program and Project Management, Agile Frameworks, IT Operations, Management Reporting, Corporate Communications, Technical Writing, IT Governance, Continuous Improvement and Due Diligence
