IT Management Trainee Development Program offers a holistic exposure on Application Development through classroom & hands-on training and coaching & mentoring by subject matter exports within the organization. As a Management Trainee, you will be developed to:
Write programs and codes based on approved solution plan document.
Document system design and program specification
Collaborate with the Business Analyst to provide design inputs and estimates
Deliver enhancements for functionalities and service catalogue requests for application services assigned
Conduct unit testing on written codes to ensure program perform per design at the unit level.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any technical related courses
Must have a strong desire to pursue a career in Application Development
Must have excellent scholastic records
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work individually and with a team
