Assists in mapping and documenting existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement or automation.
Participates in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Supports the design, configuration, and implementation of simple automation solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere, Catalytic, and/or Outsystems, often involving testing and monitoring performance.
Participates in testing activities, including creating test cases and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure new solutions meet specified requirements.
Help prepares reports, presentations, and training materials for stakeholders and end-users to communicate findings, recommendations, and system changes.
Provides general project management support, such as tracking project timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between business and technical teams.
Qualifications
Pursuing education in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology or any related courses
Team player, flexible, and outcome focused
Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over projects and tasks
Effective communication skills both oral and written
Committed to finding solutions to challenges and enjoys creative problem solving
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment
