Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Manager for the following parent processes:
Information Security Management (ISO27001)
Compliance Management (ISO, SOC 2, DPA, GDPR, etc)
Data Privacy Program Management
Business Continuity Management
Ensures execution of the following child processes:
Awareness Campaigns for InfoSec, Data Privacy, Business Continuity, and IT
User Cascades
Business Unit Process Assessment and Alignment
Training and/or Workshops related to InfoSec, Data Privacy, Business Continuity, and IT
Conduct Risk Assessments
Internal and External Audit Handling
Vendor Management
Regular progress reporting of statistics and project status
Research on New and Emerging Threats and Technologies
Ensure closure of all rhgh risk Findings related to IT, InfoSec, Data Privacy and Business Continuity
Identify process gaps and initiate improvements
Annual compliance review of groups documentations
Manage and maintain compliance to International Standards
Provide support to Business Projects and Initiatives
Ensure Team KPIs are aligned with Company and Business Objectives
Provide appropriate competency development and coaching to resources
Oversee teams operations and provide necessary guidance and direction
Provide annual improvement plans for the team and for the group
